Cancelling these events not only stopped us from being together in-person but also prevented us from honoring two of our Presidents – Mark Bordeau (2019-2020) and Susan Bell (2020-2021). Our current President, Donna Riviello has asked to share her special night at this year’s Annual Conference with Mark and Sue, so that they finally have the opportunity for a proper send-off. B U T WA I T . . . There is More! Oh, you thought the conference ended on Saturday? NOPE! Not this year. The fun does not stop there! All conference attendees will have access to the first ever digital book that will include exhibitor videos from the tradeshow floor AND additional programming for even more CEU’s! Programming will be pre-recorded mini workshops focused on Ideas @ Work. These fast- paced sessions are focused on singular innovations and presented by the school nutrition operators who created them. Our speakers will trace the path of a big idea from concept to implementation, identifying the steps required to put the idea to work in your district. Access to the digital book begins Octobe 24, 2022 and closes on December 31, 2022
NYSNA is planning the FIRST online Silent Auction in Spring 2022, hosted by the Industry Committee and 2022 Conference Committee! All proceeds will go towards Industry Registration Awards for the 2022 Annual Conference in October to assist with registration and help offset other expenses, such as hotel and travel. You’re not going to want to miss this! The auction will go live on Monday, May 9th at 8:00am and close on May 11th at 8:00pm. Be sure to mark your calendars and stay tuned for more information!
