Bidder Registration Get a jumpstart on the auction and register as a bidder today! To start, visit unbridledaffair. org and click “Online Auction.” There, you’ll find the registration page and a video walking you through the registration process. You are not required to add your payment method during initial registration.

Bidding Bidding will open on July 8th at 12:00pm and close on July 22nd at 10:00pm.

To place a bid, simply sign in, go to the item of your choice, and enter your bid in the bid amount box. Be sure to click the “Bid” button to complete your offer. Some items allow you to place proxy bids. If you are outbid, you’ll receive a notification via the method selected during your registration process. Proxy bidding allows you to enter your maximum bid. When a proxy bid is entered, your actual bid is kept as low as possible and the system will raise the bid up to the maximum entered only as another bidder bids against them. With proxy bidding you will only pay the lowest possible winning bid which may not actually be the maximum bid you bid placed for the item. Your bid will never go over the amount you entered. For additional information on the bidding process, please visit the auction website and choose the “Help” section for a video tour. Item Pickup Once the auction has ended, you will receive an email with the items that you’ve won. Shortly thereafter, an email will arrive with payment options for your items. You may pay through the website with a credit card or bring a check with you at pick-up. All items must be picked up at the CAPTAIN CHS office (543 Saratoga Road, Glenville, NY 12302). Shipping is unfortunately unavailable unless the item is a gift certificate or gift card. Pick-up is available starting on Tuesday, July 27th. Please call 518-399-4624 to schedule your pick-up. Items must be paid for by July 30th or they will be given to the next highest bidder. Important to Know Prior to placing your bid, please review all of the details associated with the item or package for any specific limitations or expiration dates. Items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
