needs of students and families whether they are totally remote, hybrid, or completely in school. Over the last few months since Covid- 19 Pandemic began, one thing is for certain, we are all flexible and changing our programs to accommodate our schools. We have learned to smile with our eyes and that social distancing is not impossible. Hand washing and sanitizing are the normal for everyone even though the school lunch staffers had perfected this a long time ago! The ECSNA met in person, socially distanced in August and planned out the 2020-2021 events even though the year seemed uncertain due to Covid. Past President, Anne Rich , passed the torch to the new President of Erie County School Nutrition Association, Ruth Conner .
